The bright plant and flower displays in the hotel's lobby were simply delightful. It brought a lovely touch of tranquility and beauty amidst the bustling atmosphere of London. The 24-hour reception and check-out services were very convenient, especially for us seniors, and the accessibility of the hotel's general areas made it comfortable for older guests.

I would ask for a better vacation for senior people if the children working there were more courteous and attentive.

The room decor was a bit dated, but it didn't bother me as I was mainly there to sleep. The facilities were clean and tidy. I also appreciated the close proximity to the underground, making it easy to explore the city.

We had a great stay at Pembridge Palace for 4 nights. The hotel offers excellent value for money and is located in a quiet street near the Metro station. The staff, especially the Algerian guy at the front desk, were very kind and helpful. The rooms, although small, had comfortable beds and the hot water always worked. The hotel was always kept clean and the dining room was nice and clear. Highly recommend this hotel for its friendly staff and pleasant rooms.

I loved the location of the hotel, super convenient as it was close to two underground stations as well as three tube stations. this city has a lot of green spaces and beautiful gardens, and this hotel is located near one such park. the staff was very helpful and friendly and the hotel was recently refurbished, thus cleanliness was excellent.
